As a former advertising producer, Crissy Stirratt is accustomed to getting a deep understanding of her customers’ needs and delivering on them to 100% satisfaction. Doing this requires a strong listener, organized mind, and tenacious spirit, all of which Crissy has in spades. As a Realtor, Crissy’s organizational confidence takes the heavy lifting away from her clients so that they can focus on what’s important in their life, their transitions, or investments.
Crissy brings a unique combination of local experience and global perspective, having lived in diverse communities across the United States, Scotland, New Zealand, and Vietnam. Crissy moved to the Midcoast permanently in 2016, following a childhood dream to spend more time on Muscongus Bay. This balance brings an understanding of her clients’ needs and the right local community fit.
Crissy Stirratt loves getting to know people and is interested in what brings you inspiration and comfort. To Crissy, a home is much more than where you live, it should accommodate how you live and where you find peace and a sense of place, she looks forward to working hard to find that for her clients.
Crissy's personal investments in real estate have further shaped her knowledge of the industry. She has owned and managed several unique properties in Maine and Chicago, which have given her a broader understanding of real estate trends, renovation, art, and design. Her love of art and music combined with a strong sense of community are the reason why she sits on the board of both Intonation in Chicago and The Waldo Theater in Waldoboro, Maine.
Crissy’s other great loves include family, her dog, sailing, working outdoors, swimming, ceramics, travel, and her friends. She now lives happily down the road from her family in Bremen and spends her free time sailing Muscongus Bay or taking long drives to explore the coast, mountains, farmland, blueberry fields, often coinciding with driving her daughter to skiing or to lacrosse games. She finds it all stunning and inspirational. Crissy will find any excuse to discover a new corner of Maine and is in awe of the beauty and abundant wildlife in the state.
